Sep 17, When you grind a stump, and before you cover it with dirt, pour some cheap syrup on it. It will feed the fungi that will decompose the stump. Works a ton faster than any commercial stump rot product. If you care to spend the time on it, drilling a bunch of holes will help. Oct 07, I've noticed that the grinder is pretty depth treeclear.barally when taking to big a bite.

So if the tractor runs over a bump, lump, or hole and changes the angle or depth of treeclear.bar really affects the grinder, especially if the bite becomes too large for it.

May 31, I hope not, cause I have ordered the Woodland Mills grinder. I wouldn’t worry. As pointed out earlier many of them have been sold, no issues being reported with tractors.

The grinder has worked very well, I have done several large hardwood stumps with no problems, the unit is solid. im running it on a John Deere R, requires some general upkeep, but very serviceable. I also added a rear camera to the tractor to help with watching progress of the grinder, saves a stiff neck the next day on long grinds.
